    Hi, I’ve downloaded this template and customised it. I’ve also downloaded the font awesome and yes I managed to insert the icon in the word version. However, after I converted it into PDF, all the icons showed up as blank squares. Idk what to do so I need your kind help to resolve this issue. Your prompt response would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

      Hi Shah, first sorry for my late reply. I am not really sure why is this happening with FontAwesome. Which tool do you use to create your PDF? Maybe try another software (like PDF Creator or even an online solution… just Google it, and you probably find several ones…). Please let me know how things go. We will try to find the solution if this does not work…
